All our inspections are completed by one of our directors, ensuring you only work with registered building practitioners with extensive experience.
Our approach is thorough and personal, with both written and verbal reports presented pre and post inspection.

Our property staging and styling service happened organically from staging our own developments and renovations. Our staging and styling showcases your home’s best features to potential buyers. By combining expert staging with tailored styling, we enhance your property’s appeal, helping it stand out in the market.
How many projects have you completed with TPA. Built?
TPA. Built is the the result of years and years of trial and error, we have completed over 30 seperate projects just in 2024, with our first projects going all the way back to 2019. We have genuine passion for property and are thrilled to have the opportunity to share our experiences and knowledge with our clients.
